Age limit for all categories: 35 year as on 31.03.2011 selection will be done by “ walk-in” interview by panel of experts and due preference will be given to marks obtained in the university examination.
Application with the following documents addressed to the Mission Director, HQ, Health Care, Human Services And Family Welfare Department, government of Sikkim, may be submitted by 10th of March 2011 from the date of publication.
Diploma / Degree and Mark-Sheeet from a recognized Institute.
Birth Certificate or Classs X Certificate.
Certificate of Identification/SSC.
Class X Mark-Sheet with Certificate
Class XII Mark-Sheet with Certificate
Employment Card in case of unemployed candidate.
SC/ST/OBC/MBC certificate as the case may be.
No Objection Certificate in case of in service candidate.
Two passport photos.
Incomplete Application shall be summarily rejected. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the examination & interview
