Things You'll Need:

- Acer Warranty Protection plan
- Computer or Phone

Contact the Acer Warranty department by visiting the customer support section of their website or by calling their customer service department at 1-800-571-2237.

Provide Acer with your 11 digit SNID number located on the bottom of your laptop. If you cannot locate that number, you can use your 22 character Serial Number located on your laptop as well.

Verify your registration information and update any discrepancies. Complete the warranty claim request by submitting a claim on the Acer website or over the phone with a representative.

Pay any deductible that you may have and ship your defective laptop back to the return address, provided by Acer. You will need to confirm whether you will need to return the defective laptop with Acer, before you send it back. Some warranty protection plans do not require you to return the device.

Wait for your replacement laptop to arrive, once your warranty claim is processed.
