How to Flash LG Eve / Etna GW620 - LG Cell Phones Blog:

1. Extract the kdz file to a cab file:
   1. Run KP500-Utils-EN.exe (from LG-Utils).
   2. Choose "I – Extract files from a KDZ file".
   3. Enter the path of your .kdz file, it will produce a cab file in the same directory.
2. Flash the phone (turned on in normal mode, not emergency mode or fastboot):
   1. Run KP500-Utils-EN.exe (from LG-Utils).
   2. Choose "J – Flash with assistant (file .cab)".
   3. Enter phone model "GW620".
   4. Enter path to your newly created .cab file.
   5. Enter new software version (e.g. "V10G_00").
   6. The LG flasher will be launched and should connect to the phone and do the job (it will reboot a time or two and go into emergency mode, so don’t panic if you see this).  LG-Eve/Etna/Intouch Max info
3. After flasher completes, and phone has rebooted, do a factory reset:
   1. Enter this on the handset to get to the hidden menu: 3845#*620# (3845#*5200# on Korean firmware)
   2. Select: Factory Reset-> Factory Reset
