This guide needs you to have Windows 7/Vista installed on your computer it will not work on any other OS.
I know there´s a great guide made by Lurkas how to make utorrent go through vpn only with comodo. But if you, like me didn't manage it to work and if you are running Windows 7/Vista this is another solution.
Step 1:
Open utorrent.
Go to Options> Preferences> connections and uncheck Add windows firewall exception

Step 2:
Go to windows firewall.
Start> control panel> system and security> windows firewall
Then advanced settings in the left menu.
Step 3:
First of all utorrent probably have made two rules already in the inbound rules. Delete those two rules (right click>delete). If you don´t have these rules continue to step 4.
Step 4:
OK, now we will add 1 inbound and 1 outbound rule (the are exactly the same).
First we going to block utorrent on your real ip.
Right click on inbound rules> new rule... select program then click next. Now browse for utorrent.exe> next. Block the connection> next. Make sure you check all the boxes in this one then click next. Fill in a name exBlock uTorrent and click finish.
Now you should see your new rule in the list. Right click on it select properties>scope.
On local ip click these ip adresses>add>this ip adress range.
Add your local ip. To find out what´s your local ip go to run>cmd>ipconfig then the IPv4 adress is your local ip. Add for ex if your ip is 10.0.0.5 you add 9.0.0.0 to 11.0.0.0.
Now you´re done with that rule click OK then OK again.

Now right click on outbound and do the same as for the inbound.
Step 5:
This is pretty much the same as for the other two but with a few differences.
First inbound:
Right click on inbound rules> new rule... select program then click next. Now browse for utorrent.exe> next.Allow the connection> next. Make sure you check all the boxes in this one then click next. Fill in a name exAllow uTorrent and click finish.
Now make the same for outbound.
Right click on the new rule properties>scope.
On local ip click these ip adresses>add>this ip adress range.
Here you add ivacys ip range:
From: 1.2.0.0
To: 1.5.255.255
Add this on both In and outbound.

Click OK and then OK again and you´re done.
This what it should look like http://i43.tinypic.com/nx29hk.jpg
Works with all ivacy connections PPTP,IPsec and openVPN.
Edit: Should work with vistas firewall as well, i haven't tried but it should work.
